Workforce Child Care Tax Credits Campaign Consultant

We’re seeking a consultant to serve as our Workforce Child Care Tax Credit (WCCTC) Campaign Director. This engagement runs from June 2026 through January 2027, with the potential for extension, and focuses on building and expanding business partnerships across 11 parishes in southeast Louisiana to raise funds that support child care quality through our Early Childhood Opportunity (ECHO) Fund.

Ideal candidates are passionate about early care and education, connected to the regional business community, and experienced in fundraising or corporate partnership development.

We anticipate the project to be approximately 250 hours, with roughly 50% of those hours concentrated in August, November, and December due to campaign activities.
